Rick S. Vasquez
In addition to his education, and more than 25 years experience, he is also a former State of Missouri Disability Administrative Law Judge, an Administrative Law Judge for the Missouri Department of Secondary Education and the Commission on Human Rights. Rick Vasquez earned his Juris Doctorate from Washington University Law School in St. Louis in 1991. He developed a practice in order to serve and assist the community, especially those with social security claims and/or worker’s compensation claims. His goal was and continues to be to enrich the lives of his clients.
Rick personally manages the cases of all his social security disability clients, and ensures that all corroborating documents are thoroughly reviewed and incorporated into the client’s file, thus enhancing success of the outcome. Clients can be assured that Rick will give their cases his complete attention. He meets with these clients personally.
The Vasquez Law practice is diverse and includes such areas as Social Security Disability, Workers Compensation, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy and general civil matters.
Rick is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.

Fritz Vasquez
Fritz was raised in Springfield, MO, graduating from Glendale High School and went on to receive his Bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University. Fritz worked for the Law Offices of Rick Vasquez and other legal firms in the area while attending school which sparked his passion for the law. He began at the University of Missouri School of Law in the Fall of 2011. While at the University of Missouri, Fritz worked as a teaching assistant in the law schools Legal Research and Writing Department aiding in research of legal theories and reviewing legal documents. Upon graduating from law school in May of 2014, Fritz returned to Springfield to practice with the Law Offices of Rick Vasquez where he focuses he practice in Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation, Bankruptcy and Immigration Law.
Outside of practicing law, Fritz enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs. Fritz is active with A Sporting Chance, helping coach golf each summer to participants.

Vicky

Vicky was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and relocated to Springfield in 1991. Vicky has a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University. Previous to working with Rick Vasquez Law Office she worked as a case manager for the Division of Family Services, State of Missouri.

She has been a paralegal for Rick Vasquez since 1996 working primarily with the Workers Compensation and Bankruptcy files.

Charities supported by Vicky include many charitable 5k and 10k races she participates in as well as The Humane Society of US; Rescue One; Habitat for Humanity.

Linda was born and raised in Osage, Iowa. She ...

Linda

Linda was born and raised in Osage, Iowa. She received a Certificate in the Medical Secretarial Field from Spencer School of Business. Before joining Rick Vasquez Law Office May 2010, Linda previously worked as a paralegal for the Family Support Division, Child Support Enforcement and for the Attorney General’s Office in Springfield, Missouri.

Linda’s hobbies include spending time with her family, gardening, and working around her home.

Jo was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey and moved to Missouri as a teenager. Jo has an Associate of Science degree from Drury University in Art. Jo has over 40 years experience as a paralegal. Jo’s hobbies include a longarm quilting business, along with piecing quilts and sewing. She is an active member of the Ozark Piece Makers Quilt Guild and various dance groups in the area.

Paul

Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, Paul is a proud life-long member of the community. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish as well as his Masters Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language at Missouri State University. Paul studied abroad in Spain and enjoys using his linguistic skills to help translate for the firm. In addition, he serves as a paralegal specializing in Disability. A member of the Law Offices of Rick Vasquez since 2018, Paul plans to contribute for years to come.
